What Causes Stomach Pain And Loose Motions?
Good morning sir, sorry for the disturbance. I am having a acute pain in stoamch with gas and loose motions. no vomtting but look like it will come. i had taken outside food yesterday. i am 52 year old and diabetec patient. please advise me the medicine . at present i have taken a dose of omesec with empty stomach

Diarrhea does not seem to be due to infection but it seems to be due to dyspepsia or called indigestion and such diarrhea may not need any treatment. But just care needs to be taken for dehydration at the most probiotic can be tried and try not to take the medicine it will be fine soon.
