Hi, My age is 26 yr and weight 52 kg. 15 days before i faced severe stomach pain with vomiting. After taking 1.Bazero 40mg inj 2. Emeset inj 4ml 3. Ketorol inj 4. I.V set N.V(Polymed) L.L 5. normal saline 500ml nirlife in emergency ward, i feel better. After getting the Ultrasound report, due to stone in kidney the pain raised. According to report, right kidney- 3-4 calculi noted largest 5mm in mid pole. No evidence of hydronephosis. left kidney- 3-4 calculi noted in upper and mid poles largest 6mm in upper pole. Mild dilatation of pelvicayceal system AND URETER NOTED. Urinary bladder- Edematous left vesico ureteric junction noted with 2 calculi one measuring 5mm and other 3.2 mm. left ureteric jet is not visualised. right ureteric jet is visualised. After taking medicine (Urimax 0.4 mg and meftal spas(sos) ) for 10 days again pain raised in right side of stomach with vomiting. After same process i got relief. 2nd time ultrasound report - right kidney- Mild of moderate hydroureteronephrosis. 6mm non obstructive vesico ureteric junction calculus noted. left kidney- multiple small calculi noted largest measuring 6mm Impression- 6mm non obstructive vesico ureteric junction calculus. Bilateral non obstructive renal calculi. currently taking same(mention above) medicine. but most of the time slight pain remains on stomach. So what should i do now? generaly i drive car 60-70 km daily and smoke daily. is that create any problem ?
