What Causes Stomach Pain And Vomiting?

I suddenly had stomach pain 4 days ago and then for 2+ days was throwing up. Still have stomach pain, haven t had a good bowel movement. I can t eat and only yesterday have been able to keep down fluid, I just threw them up. Had slight chills and headache. Could it be a stomach bug or food poisoning?
