What Causes Stomach Pain, Nausea And Headaches?

I am a 16 year old female, and for about 2 months I have been having stomach pains. I also experience nausea and headaches. There have been a few days where the pain disappears then returns. Sometimes the pain will go up to my chest or feel like heart burn as well. I have no clue what this could be. Help?

Take. Tab Cipralex 10mg one after breakfast for one month.
Also take Cap. Esomeprazole 40mg one before breakfast for 2 weeks.
And Tab. Orphenadrine citrate + acetaminophen 1+1 for 5 days
