What Causes Stomach Pain With Diarrhea?
Hi , got a strong pain in my upper stomach starting from the middle of my rib cage and going down .
Woke up this morning due to the pain and also had diahorrea this morning
It is the first time experiencing this .
Symptons feel like a huge ache and pressure feel.
I went gym yesterday so could it be muscle related?
