What Causes Stomach Problems With Vomiting And Head Pain After Bowel Movement?

I have had problems with my stomache for about 2yrs weight lost 140lbs to 105lbs I am vomiting a thick lotion brown stuff up and I have horiible head pain with a bowel movement I have had every test done and everyting is neg. I had abdomiinal surgery to remove adhesions and it has made everthing worse should I be worried?

Hello,

If adhesions is there, then there will be an infection so it maybe peritonitis, tuberculosis, mesenteric lymphadenitis, intestinal tuberculosis, malignancy or post-surgery adhesions etcetera.

You did not mention that any history of diabetes or cystitis or loose stools etcetera. Please consult your doctor so that he will examine and treat you accordingly.
