What Causes Stomachache Along With Earache And Infected Tonsils?

I have an 8 year old daughter who has complained about her stomach hurting for over a week now. No fever, no throwing up, no other symptoms other than ear ache in right ear last week. The school nurse called me today and said she noticed a pus pocket on tonsil today. When I got home I looked I then noticed the pocket and also a large looking growth that comes from the bottom of throat and almost touches her uvula. What in the world could this be? I took a few pics

It will be good if you could share with me tha pics of the growth so that i can clearly tell you what is it actually but as per the nurse's comment i would suggest that you should visit ent specialist and get it drained over there as soon as possible whereas the growth can be enlarged tonsillar pillars which is the most common ailment in kids
