What Causes Strep Throat With Enlarged Lymph Gland In Neck?
my son has downs syndrome and recently had strep throat 3 weeks ago and now has enlarged lymph gland in his neck and his liver is enlarged. Can all this just be an infection and reaction to the medication that he is taking or is it something to worry about.

throat infection also causes enlarged lymph nodes..get an fnac done from the lymph node..it ll clear all doubts
