What Causes Strong Urine Odor While Having Acid Reflux Disease?
Hello, I m a disabled individual and am having symptoms that I recognize to be acid reflux. But what I m concerned about is that my urine also smells strong, and I can t find a clear answer online about whether or not strong smelling urine can be a symptom of acid reflux. And I would add that my urine otherwise looks healthy and is a light yellow color.

No, there is not any relationship between reflux esophagitis and urine odor, if you don't have any chronic liver or gallbladder disorder.
The strong odor of the urine can be because of high protein diet or if you are not taking proper diet. Dieting leads to the breakdown of proteins from the body which intern makes smelly urine.
For esophagitis you need to avoid spicy and junk foods, have proper diet, raise your head side of bit less to avoid regurgitation and take medication like the Pantoprazole daily empty stomach in the morning.
