What Causes Subcutaneous Hypo Echoic Mass Of Lump Under The Arm?
My husband has had rt lung surgery for cancer removing one lump and then another lump occurred and opted to have radiation which seamed to solve the issue. Now there is a large lump under the rt arm about 8 inches down. we have had a ultrasound on 2-11-2015 showing findings : Superficial soft tissues of the rt side of the back demonstrate a subcutaneous hypoechoic mass which may represent complex cyst or solid lesion 34x27x29mm. No calcification or hypervaxcularity within it. A second smaller mass is 12x10x9mm, also solid or complex cystic due to numerous internal echoes. No calcification of hypervasculaarity. Etiology uncertain. What would be your opinion?
