What Causes Sudden Bruise On Spine Without Any Injury?

It feels like I have a bruise on my spine just above my bra strap and I don t want to go to the doctors and waste their time for something that s just a bruise. Have you heard of this before and do you know what could be causing it? I know I haven t fallen or anything and it only hurts when pressure is applied like if I lean against something

Since you have not physically hurt yourself, I would not worry too, much, I would give it another 7-10 days and this is most likely muskuloskeletal in nature. And no I have not heard of this and therefore it is probably not serious. I hope this helps and good luck.
