What Causes Sudden Chest Pain In A Person With Kidney Dysfunction?

35 yr son blind, dialysis, stroke rt side had cpr week ago after 5 toes amputated. Had been given propalain? Got nautios 5 hrs later turned blue-git cor from 3 diff people. trouble with severe chest pain and cant give iv deladin because drops blood pressure below (60) the # they watch that is parenthesis after blood pressure numbers. They want him to move but only allow oxycodin 15mg (which fir him takes 3 hes to begin working) and lidacain patch on chest. Says if he can get 1-11/2 mg daladin-he can mive to side if bed etc like they want. Dies not like lidacaine patch. Hope this all makes sence.
