General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You can take NSAIDS twice a day for 5 days, you can take ANTACIDS twice a day for 5 days, apply Diclofenac spray on affected site, apply warm water bag on affected site, if not resolved then consult your orthopedic surgeon, do X-ray of affected part, do physiotherapy, it is also helpful.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
