Hi there. I was sitting on my couch at a TV tray when all of a sudden the top of my left foot started feeling like is was cramping and stiffening and radiating pain going up my calf is present as well as chills and muscle tightening throughout my body now. I am a little worried. Never experienced this before. My water intake has been poor lately but I also experience poor circulation in my lower extremities. Now it seems that my whole foot is hurting and it is difficult to bear any weight during ambulation. Should I be concerned?
