Hi, My son is 18 months old. He had a sudden fever at night and very high. the next day he was given ibuprofen 4ml at a time. his fever has been up and down in tge last 3 days. he drools a lot but now his saliva and breath has a bad smell to it. he seemed uncomfortable and kept putting his finger in his mouth and i saw the colour was whitish towards tge middle and back and a lot pf white spots. small and big. he isn t eating just a bite or so but is still having milk in intervals.
