What Causes Sudden Knee And Elbow Pain?
I am 18 years old and about a week ago I woke up with SUDDEN knee and elbow pain and I have no idea why. For the past week I have been living with this pain and when I take ibuprofen the pain seems to go away for the day. But when I go to sleep and wake up in the morning, the pain is back. I am only 18 and I fear a serious problem meaning my young life is over and I would like to find out what this sudden pain may be and what I can do about it.

As first-line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopedic and plan for an MRI scan.
