First of all, I need to know about your age and if you have other illness like diabetes, hypertension or heart disease. Your problems could be simply due to anxiety or it could be due to other illnesses like vitamin deficiencies, transient ischemic attacks, nerve entrapment, cervical spondylosis and many others. I suggest you to check your blood sugar levels, blood pressure measurement, X-rays including cervical spine and nerve conduction studies for nerve entrapment.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Sameen Bin Naeem, General & Family Physician
