What Causes Sudden Numbness In The Left Hand And Tongue During Pregnancy?

i am 6 months pregnant i was walking to the store and it felt and looked like everything was going sideways so i stopped put my hands on my knees and then started walking again then my left hand went numb and then my toungue went numb and felt swollen.. i was wondering what it could be.

You have a sudden onset focal neurological deficit and there is a possibility of transient ischeamic attack TIA I would suggest you consult a neurologist you will need proper Clinical examination.
