General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi dear. Thanks for writing on HCM.
I would say that the panic attack has resulted in chills.Hence I would evailuate for anxiety and start on a mild dose of anti-anxiety drug if required.Would like to know if this was due to a scary dream/nightmare?If yes, nothing to worry.Else suggest you to meet your MD if this repeats else it okay.
