What Causes Sudden Pinching And A Need To Peg Leg To Walk?

i had a knee partial menisectomy and was doing quite well afetr 6 weeks, i felt a sudden pinching and a need to peg leg to walk, i felt i had retorn meniscus but after mri scans meniscus appears to be in tact, my knee feels loose and i get incredible pain if i have been on it to long like a crushing feeling,
