What Causes Sudden Rise In Temperature Accompanied By Headache?

i'm 30 years old,i have a sudden rise in temp up to 38.6 C that doesn't last for more than one day,sometimes i tremble or feel total exhaustion accompanied by a headache. it happened 3 times in 2 months and it doesn't follow my period.i'm not diabetic nor a high or low pressure patient

Hello!

Diabetes with high temperature and Headache!!.
The periodicity almost exclude any infection pathology.
Most probably its due to some hormonal imbalance.
Visit your doctor for further evaluation of your case.
