hello, welcome to healthcaremagic.

i would like to tell you the one episode of peeing in bed while sleeping is not that significant and it can happen normally as well

secondly i would like to get your following investigations done to be on safe side-
1. USG both kidneys
2. urine culture sensitivity and microscopy
3. kidney function tests.

for pain you should take diclofenac and drink plenty of fluids to flush out stones formed if any.

hope it helps.
thank you
