What Causes Sweating Followed By Nausea And Lightheadedness While On Glycomet?

Sir. I am 65 years being diabetic since 2001. I am on Glycomet forte GP2 and Galvus. As a preventive I was advised to take Telma 40 for BP. Since 2011 this problem mentioned started. It starts with perspiration, nausea, giddiness and then vomit. 1 hr after vomit I am ok. This happened once a year in 2011 till 2015 around noon only. Since 2015 these episodes increased and in Nov 2015 the episode was 8-9 pm. Since Jan 2016 the frequency increased and it happened once during midnight. In the last 10 days these episodes happened 6-7 times. Sugar levels are fully under control since 10 months, and last recorded HbA1c was 6.4. MRI Brain, echo cardiograph, TMT, US abdomen, Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, Tropinin T test etc are normal. I have a hearing loss in my left year. No oozing, no pain, and occasional tinnitus for a second or so. Audiometery and tympanometry were performs as latest as 9.03.2016. Earlier I was prescribed Stugeron but yesterday the ENT specialist suspects Ménière s disease and changed to Vertin 16. Before this I had consulted at least 3 other ENT specialists. What is your opinion. Regards, Ramprasad
