I have lost over 40 lbs, sweat profusely and its smells like ammonia no matter what time of the day, mainly hands feet and underarms, and i have no appetite but force feed myself instead and still cannot gain my weight back, i have had my thyroid checked, blood tests and glucose tests. I am now 93 ilbs, the lowest weight I have ever been. I am 29 years old and this started last summer. What could it be.

Hello,
It could be metabolic problem. As from your history it seems that some amino acids metabolic disorder could be the cause. It could be because of having some erotic food in large quantity or some kidney problem. My opinion would be get urine test and kidney profile first and discuss further.
