What Causes Sweating, Tiredness And Concentration Difficulties After Air Travel?

Hi, 12 days ago I returned from a 3 week trip overseas to South Africa and Europe. Ever since, I have been constantly sweating at night, headaches, feeling weak & fatigued, lack motivation, difficult concentrating and constantly tired & craving food. Can you help determine what I might have and a remedy? Thank you

this may be due to altitude sickness.
you should get treatment as under.
tab acetazolamide 250mg 12 hourly for 3 days
