Hello! I had gone through your query and understand your concern. In the way you describe your symptoms are non-specific and o lot of condition can be the cause of them. If I were you treating doctor I would first try to exclude the most common causes of these symptoms by doing some studies such as: -Monitor your blood pressure to exclude either high and low blood pressure. -Complete blood count to exclude an anemia(low red blood cells and low hemoglobin) -Blood sugar to exclude a possible Diabetes (high blood sugar) or a hypoglicemia.
If the tests results are normal and these symptoms keep happening to you I suggest to consult a physician for further diagnosis and treatment.
Hope I was able to help you. Take care. Dr.Rovena
