What Causes Sweet And Fishy Urine Smell, Abdominal Pain And Lower Back Pain?
My urine started having a sweet smell last night and has turned into a sweet/fishy smell today. Also for the last couple days I've had pain in my left side abdominal area and mid- lower back pain. When I push on my stomach at all it hurts worse. What should I do? And what is it?

fishy odor is typical of std's... watch for your symptoms of irritation, whitish discharge, pelvic pain and maybe fever... if you develope any of those then it's probably a sexually transmitted disease and you would need treatment with antibiotics, your partner needs to be treated aswell.
