What Causes Swelling And Acne On The Face?
Hello doc.. I am having pimples (swelling,redness,filled with pus )on my face... I tried so many things but still pimples are there...I have attached a pic..please have a look.. Suggest me some medicines or way to clear out these pimples... Thankyou Anuj pratap singh

first thing that is important is your age. you need to discuss with your dermatologist to get your hormonal profile done. otherwise for local treatment wash your face with regular soap and water. sebmed foam gel twice daily is preferable. apply clindamycin gel on acne twice daily. avoid all cosmetic products. u can apply some lactocalamin e lotion when you go outside .apply tretinoin 0.1%gel at night time
