What Causes Swelling And Muscle Cramps In The Feet?

I have a swollen foot for a few days now, no pain or side effects. I ve had it before and goes away. Sometimes, I also experience muscle cram on behind either nee, calf or the foot sole. Mostly happens in the middle of the night. By reading it looks like gout, I ve avoided many foods in my daily diet. Any comment, advise or treatment Dr.?...Thank U

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I have seen similar cases like yours in my clinic. According to your symptoms I suggest you to take Uric Acid level and RA factor and consult a physician. Meanwhile I suggest you to take ice pack bag treatment for swelling and iBuprofen thrice daily after food for 3 days for pain.
