What Causes Swelling And Pain In The Breast,wrist And Arm?
After triple bypass surgery 18 months ago, I have swelling and pain in my left breast. In the past few days the pain has increased and is in my left arm and wrist. The swelling is still there and it appears that there is a knot under the breast and close to the incision scar.

The knot under the breast needs to be clinically assessed to rule out the possibility of a lump. In case a lump is present, an aspiration cytology of the breast lump needs to be done to look for the cells to know the nature of the lump.
