What Causes Swelling And Tingling Sensation In The Left Hand And Fingers?

Left swollen hand and fingers.Hot to the touch with constant tingling in hand up to elbow. Cool and heat not helping.No injury to hand ,arm or fingers.Have been taking Aleve. Tried soaking in Epsom salt several times no relief more pain when not using hand.

it is neurological problem might be irritation of nerves so consult neurologist for examination and advise on treatment, can take tab neurobion forte daily for one month.
