What Causes Swelling And Tingling Sensation On The Thumb After An Injury?
I was at the park two nights ago with friends. I had my keys around my neck and as i was climbing something they started swinging, well they hit my thumb pretty dang hard. My thumb is swollem, with tingling sometimes and numbness. I can t move it much, do you think i sprained it? should i get it checked out?

Hi apply ice for ten minutes followed by heat for ten minutes and keep it tied up. If it does not reduce, get an x-ray done. Regards
