What Causes Swelling In Testicle After Using Synthetic Drug Mephedrone?
All doctors available. This is quite an interesting situation, as I am not at all familiar with the synthetic drug mephedrone, which is apparently legal. Looking for as much medical information on this as possible. However, the recent situation was a 30 yr old male with a suddenly swollen. right undescending (Constantly, used to be occasional) testicle. Swelling had increased over the course of 8 hours after use. Total use was a little over 600mg . Waiting on patient's diagnosis...Any thoughts/comments

There is no known drug except some hormones, anti cancerous drugs or radiations which selectively act on testicular tissues.From the history it appears that you are having retractile testis. There could be torsion / epididymitis of the testis.You must consult your doctor.
