What Causes Swelling In The Eye Lid?

I'm seventeen years old and this morning I woke up with a swollen eyelid. My left upper eyelid is quite a lot bigger than my other eyelid. Everything appears to be fine with my eye, its just swelling in my eyelid. What can I do to get rid of the swelling?

it is neoplasm of salivary gland. it can be major and minor. major include parotid mandibular lingual gland minor include small mucous gland present in palate oral cavity and and nasal cavity.
