What Causes Swelling In The Legs While Suffering From Mitral Regurgitation?

I was at the doctor and was told I have a murmur grade 3 mitral regurgitation I also was told recently I could not donate blood they checked my hematocrit was 37 and my oxygen saturation was 94 percent I also notice I have a little swelling in my legs what should I be worried about

I can understand your concern.
Mitral regurgitation can cause edema feet due to pulmonary edema and heart failure.
And this is an indication for valvular heart replacement.
So better to consult Cardiovascular surgeon and get done stress Echo to identify severity of Mitral Regurgitation.
She should also start diuretics (frusemide) to relieve pulmonary edema and swelling of legs.
