Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
Hello,

As this must be not related to the neck surgery. This will be some other pathology and doing blood examination can help reveal it.

Swelling at the knuckles can be due to lack of venous return or muscle weakness. Doing exercises will help reduce the swelling of the knuckles.

Regarding the eye, needs examination before providing any comment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
