What Causes Swelling Of Testicles After Inguinal Hernia?
i had aingunal hernia operatio 3weeksack for bothsides with mesh.operation is ok but after 5, days my left testacles swollen very big with little pain. one week doctor gave some enzyme tablets. after that he says u can stop the medicine. it will gradually reduce but it may take about a montht o reduce. now it is reduced about 25percentage. dr. says it happens for some people. but iam bit afraid. what is the reason for this and what is this side effect. can u please explain and give me second opinion thank u

During surgery of Inguinal Hernia , testicle has to be handled to separate hernial sac from testicles hence it is common to get testicles swollen after surgery for Inguinal hernia.
Normally it gets resolved with antibiotics and anti inflammatory drugs taken over a period of 3-4 weeks.
