What Causes Swelling Of Tongue & Throat While Breathing Also Having Chest Pain?
I am having chest pains but normally and when I'm breathing. My throat and tongue is swollen. Sharp pains in my chest, arms, hands, and fingers more so on the right side. Increased heart rate and dizziness. Headache and my eyes hurt with trouble focusing.

Ideally ecg and 2d echo should be done first in your case. If both are normal than no need to worry for heart diseases. Also consult a neurologist at the earliest as intracranial bleed can cause such symptoms.
