Good evening. My husband is a islet cell transplant patient. His health has been in decline for awhile, he was hospitilized 2weeks ago with dehydration, high sugars and 2 ulcers. The problem is his feet and ankles have been swollen, complaining of cold. Took his temp and it was 96.2
