Hi, Thanks for your question. I do understand your pain and discomfort. I have seen many cases with similar complaints. Please find my advice below-: 1)Please ruled out your first cause of nose bleeding,i think it was due to injury and bleeding has been stopped but nasal fracture has not been repaired correctly. You have Nasolacrimal duct injury due to this fracture. 2)So do a X-ray to ruled out it and management will be good. 3)Apply ice to the nose and elevate the head to aid in reduction of any swelling present. You can use any Nasal decongestants to help reduce swelling and mucosal congestion. 4)it is a minor out patient surgical procedure . I hope I was able to address your query. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to write to me. Wishing you all the best. Thanks,
