What Causes Swelling On The Face While Suffering From Sinusitis?

hello, I have asinus proplem , my left side of my face is swollen and my left ear is stuffed up,but a doctor said it was clear!!!!!, but I donot believe him????? forget it, what a snickie way to your bull crap, do not send any bull my way......

Thanks for the query..

It looks like active sinus infection or sinusitis that is causing swollen face as well as ear congestion due to fluid accumulation behind the eardrum..

So my suggestion is to consult an ENT Physician and get evaluated and a sinus x ray and ear examination or otoscopy can help in confirmation of the exact cause..

You can be advised a course of antibiotics like Augmentin, decongestant nasal drops like Xylometazoline a combination of decongestant Phenylephrine, and antihistamine like Levocetrizine..
Do steam inhalation and saline nasal irrigation..
Use a humidifier in your room..
