What Causes Swollen Breast,bloated Stomach,nausea,vomiting And Missed Periods?

i was diagnosed with ovarian cyst in my right ovary measuring 1 cm in diameter, i have swollen breast and bloated stomach whenever i eat..i've had bad nausea and vomiting for 2 weeks and suddenly stopped, ive missed 2 periods and i dont feel anything inside my that i am pregnant..please let me know
