Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of swollen bumps on the face and arm which occurs due to allergic reaction, stress, anxiety, clogged pores of sebaceous glands of skin with dead bacteria, sleeplessness. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to take antibiotic like azithromycin 500 mg.You should wash face and arm areas with neutrogena oil free. Wash these areas with mild soap and cold water twice a day , exfoliate your skin once a week , apply aloe vera gel and apply azelaic acid containing cream twice a day. If condition doesn't improve in a month then consult dermatologist for proper evaluation. Doctor may prescribe hydroquinone cream , retinoids or recommend procedures like laser therapy and dermabrasion.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
