What Causes Swollen Feet And Ankles?

I am extremely confused. I have been suffering from a swollen foot and ankle for a month now. It is not an infection, it is not gout, doctor tested uric acid levels in blood. Blood sugar fine. x-ray show no fracture, ultrasound.....no blood clot. Where should I go from here. what next?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern for your health and looking to the given history here I could say that the near possibility of your swelling of feet and would be the low Hemoglobin the possibility of Anemia need to be ruled out and for this you need to get done the routine blood test with the RBC indices, hope this information helps you, buy.
