What Causes Swollen Gland In Neck?

For 2 years now a gland on the side of my neck has been swollen, it s firm. I also have a good amount of tiny squisy lumps on the sides of my neck. More swollen lymph nodes consistsnt of my submandibular gland. The one is very swollen but no pain, the other is less swollen but hurts to touch. I also tire very quickly, it s recently gotten bad. I m not too sure what has causes all this, i had mono two years ago & had a very supressed immune system after

Multiple lymph nodes in the neck have to be evaluated because it can be a sign of tuberculosis or hematological diseases. Consult a physician and get evaluated. A fine needle biopsy is required to make a diagnosis.
