What Causes Swollen Glands, Chills, Body Aches, Headache ,sweating During Sleep?

i have had swollen glands the past 3 days, just yesterday i got the chills out of nowhere and they haven't gone away.I woke up multiple times in my sleep with sweats. My body aches and i have a slight headache that wont subside and my glands are bigger than ever.

such constellation of problems can be seen in chronic infections like tuberculosis, chronic viral infections or unwanted growth like bone marrow or lymphoid disorders
i would recommend a tissue diagnosis of your enlarged glands, in form a biopsy or a fine needle aspiration cytology(FNAC).
