Hello welcome to HCM,I understand your concerns Cause of lymphnode enlargement range from simple infection to high level cancer. First ruleout all common causes.size ,consistency, mobility, pain, these are the most common differentiating features. Any infectious causes leads to painful lymph nodes.common causes could be dandruff, acne, tooth infection. Take any antibiotic that wil relieve it.In this condition rash could be due to inflammation. Tuberculosis is the important cause,in this more number of lymph nodes are involved and matted together and rubbery.it is also painful. Cellulitis most commonly occurs in this condition. If it recurs repeatedly get a FINE NEEDLE ASPIRATIONAL CYTOLOGY,it will rule out all the possible causes. Hope this will help you. Thank you.
