I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.
As per your complain white coating over the tongue along with swollen tongue and irritation in throat seems to be due to fungasl infection over tongue known as Oral Thrush.. You should consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and he can do a thorough clinical evaluation and in case if thrush is diagnosed he can advise you to take anti-fungal medicines like Nystatin mouthwash, Clotrimazole lozenges for 15 days.. Take ample of probiotics like Yoghurt and garlic.. Drink plenty of water.. If there is pain and soreness gargle with a numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine.. Avoid spicy food..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards. Dr.Honey Nandwani Arora.
