What Causes Swollen Tummy And Lower Back Pain After Periods?

My menstruation did not stop for three weeks. Then I took 10mg Duphaston, gluthathione and 1000mg Garlic oil capsules. then the bleeding suddenly stopped. I now have big belly, stuffed tummy,with low back pains and cramps. I look like 5 motnh old pregnant. Is it cancer?
