What Causes Symptoms Of Cushings Disease With Blood Tests Showing Negative Results?

Hi I have a teenage son who showed signs of Cushings Disease. He was referred by his general physician. He met an endocronologist and the blood tests came back not showing Cushings The symptoms are still prevalent and there still appears to be something going on. What else could be causing these symptoms or what other tests need to happen?

Hello,

If the child has symptoms that suggest Cushing disease but the test comes out negative then he does not have Cushing disease. Symptoms of Cushing disease are very general and knowing what symptoms specifically your son has would be helpful to further assist you. Kindly reply to this message and let us know what complaints does your son have and for how long he has had them. If you can upload the test results would be of great help as well.
